Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to use geography and maps to understand the different world regions and where they are in relation to one another.  The student will learn how the location, history, and natural resources affect each region’s culture and economy, as well as the importance ethnicity, tribalism, government and religion play in the role of both developed and undeveloped countries. 

Through this study of world geography,the student will gain a better understanding of the people who share our planet and how our lifestyle compares to the lifestyles of those around the world.
